SELEX SI: upgrading of the ATCR 33 radar for the Italian Army Nettuno Firing Center

SELEX Sistemi Integrati signed a contract with TELEDIFE for the upgrading of the ATCR 33 radar for air traffic control, installed in the firing ground of the Italian Army in Nettuno (Rome). The contracy will grant a complete revision of the antenna and of the radar equipments. SELEX Sistemi Integrati will upgrade the radar systems by using the most recent solutions, included the interconnection in optics fibre between the operational room and the radar equipments, the introduction of secondary radar system and the installation of new and modern consoles for a better monitoring of air traffic over the Army base
