Finmeccanica announces management changes at SELEX Elsag

In view of the integration of Finmeccanica Electronics Companies into one single company, the shareholders’ meeting of Selex Elsag today renewed the Board of Directors by appointing Nazzareno Cardinali President (with the subsequent transfer of proxies by the management) and Fabrizio Giulianini, Mario Orlando, Lawrence Flowers and Gianmario Prato Members of the Board.

Giulianini is the current Selex Galileo CeO and Orlando head of Finmeccanica legal affairs, both were appointed in December also to the Board of Selex Sistemi Integrati, the company managed by Marina Grossi, Guarguaglini’s wife, that left the company few months ago. Prato, with a long experience in Olivetti, ENI and AGIP, is the currently Vice President of information services at AgustaWestland.
