Guarguaglini back on track with Gpm3

Pier Francesco Guarguaglini for a decade President and Ceo of the defense giant Finmeccanica, despite investigations still pending against him, reappear in the market.
The electrical engineer, until last December one of most powerful managers in Italy, has started a new business professional activity. He has created the new company Gpm3  (capital of 30 000 euros) with two shareholders, himself which holds the absolute control (99%) and Jacopo Baronti (1%).
Guarguaglini is the President of the board of directors which also include Marina Grossi, wife of the manager and himself a former CEO of Selex Integrated Systems, a subsidiary company of Finmeccanica.
The new Gpm3 Company, based in Rome, according to the statute will concentrate in:

• business consulting services, commercial and industrial sectors in Italy and abroad,
• market analysis and industry sectors and geographical commodity, and
• development of technologies for use in the production of goods and services.
