Antonio Errico

Senior Military Manager, retired, with a wide programmatic and technical expertise in the fields of Combat Systems, C4I and Ballistic Missile Defence Architecture.

Experienced and result-oriented Project Manager, with military background focused on targets. He accomplished a multi-year experience in various national and international projects, practicing in System Engineering and Project Management and other supporting domains as Configuration Management, Contracting, Cost Analysis, Tests and Acceptance Criteria, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Planning and Programming etc., including Human Resources management, Air Defence and Operational data exchange.

Skills include program management, international coordination, integration and testing, requirements analysis, development of complex system architectures composed of a variety of sensors, weapons, communication, and BMC3 systems, system specifications and requirements definition.

Appointed to HORIZON and FREMM Programme, he has been involved in the Combat System Project Management and contract negotiations with national and international bodies including both foreign defence structures (DGA, French Navy) and international organizations (OCCAR, NATO).

He developed a wide expertise on BMD Architecture and relevant C2 systems and national BMD assets during its experience at NATO BMD PO/C&I Agency and at C4ISR ITA MoD DGS.

With an excellent interpersonal interaction and communication skills and the ability to analyse complex and wide-ranging questions, issues and information, with a well-structured approach to the problem-solving process, providing advice and recommending solutions and way forward.
